Eagles soar to provincial victory

A group of young local eagles journeyed east last weekend, swooping down to clasp the Merritt Pee Wee Hockey Tournament trophy on Sunday (Nov. 4). The Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵPee Wee Rec Eagles only lost one game on the way to the final against North Delta.

Cats beach Whalers

Last Friday (Nov. 2), the Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵCougars welcomed the Vancouver Whalers into their home and almost allowed the guests to skate home with the victory. The Cats had a slow start in the first period but blew the game open in the second with six goals.
