The WOW Senior Ladies' Cycling Group is getting ready for another season of riding. Last year the group was composed of 21 women between 50 and 75 years of age. Our first ride this year will be Monday (April 11). Meet at Canadian Tire by 10 a.m. for an easy ride downtown and coffee after. More riders are always welcome. Caregivers' Support Group
This group will be meeting in the Tantalus Seniors' Centre this Wednesday (April 13) from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Anyone wishing to attend for the first time please phone Donna Howard at the Coast Garibaldi Health Unit at 604-892-2293.
Hilltop House Support Society
This group will be meeting this Thursday (April 14) in the activity room at 9:30 a.m. new members are needed. Membership is just $5 a year. Meetings are once a month and only two fund raisers a year. Our proceeds support the residents in Hilltop.Royal Canadian Legion

What a great turnout we had for last week's soup and sandwich day. This was sponsored by the Bridge Club. Soup and sandwich day is always on the last Thursday of the month, so if you have never been, make sure you have April 28 marked on your calendar.
Programs at the centre are: Monday, 1 p.m. - Crafts and Cards; Tuesday, 1 p.m. - Crib; Wednesday, 10 a.m. -noon - Sketch 'n Paint; Thursday, 9:15 a.m. TOPS; Friday, 1 p.m. - Bridge; Friday, 7:30 p.m. - Whist.
