Getting a black belt is no easy task, but 12-year-old Connor Seatle who suffers from Cerebral Palsy was up for the task. Reporter Sunny Lenarduzzi visits with the Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵresident to celebrate his accomplishment at the Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵMartial Arts and Yoga Centre.

The Express visits the IPC Nordic World Cup from Monday, March 9 to Monday, March 16.

The Express airs on Channel 4 at 10 a.m.-noon as well as 1 to 4 p.m., 6 to 8:30 p.m., 9 to 11 p.m., midnight to 2 a.m., and 3-6 a.m.

Catch Powered to Win Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30 p.m. and Sundays at 11:30 p.m.

The Urban Rush airs daily at noon, and 5 and 11 p.m.

Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵCouncil Meetings air on Thursday at 9 p.m., and from Friday to Sunday at 1 p.m.

Whistler Council Meetings are on Saturday at noon and Sunday at 8 a.m.

The Voice of B.C. airs Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. and Sundays at 4 p.m.
