The Express airs on Channel 4 at 10 a.m. to noon as well as 1 to 4 p.m., 6 to 8:30 p.m., 9 to 11 p.m., midnight to 2 a.m., and 3 to 6 a.m.

Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵCouncil Meetings air on Thursday at 9 p.m., and from Friday to Sunday at 1 p.m.

Whistler Council Meetings are on Saturday at noon and Sunday at 8 a.m.

The 2009 Whistler Cup special shows every evening at 9:30 p.m. for May.
