A spokesperson for developer Matthews West told The 樱桃视频 that what can be seen in the photo is footings being poured for the Welcome Gate, a piece byS岣祑x瘫wú7mesh Úxwumixw (樱桃视频Nation) artist (in the sub-area plan, this piece is referred to as the Lands End Monument).
